Most of you will be building your 2018 sales plan in the next month or so (and all of you should be). Why are you doing this? What will it look like? How will you use it next year? Will you use it, or will it sit in a file somewhere until this time next year? That’s what we’re going to cover in our session. Specifically ….
- Illustrate why a sales plan is important today. This explanation is necessary – building the right plan takes effort, and you need to understand why you’re putting forth that effort.
- Share, step by step, what should be included. Spoiler Alert … it’s not just a spreadsheet with your quota on top and your KPIs underneath them.
- Teach you how to use it next year. If you’re not using it, then don’t build one (unless your boss has asked for it, of course.)
- This is a perfect session for this time of year.
