As mentioned in the webinar, use this email message with prospective customers. Each message should be used for two or three cycles.  Assuming you touch your prospects every six to eight weeks, each message should last for 12 – 24 weeks.  You should modify the message each time to keep your conversation natural, but the core message should stay the same.
