Step 4 – Develop Daily Social Selling Routine

Now that your profile is updated, and you have a plan of finding and organizing content, it’s time to begin your social selling.  Pick one 15-minute period of the day, and block it off as your social selling time.  I like doing it mid-morning because it gives you time to absorb some of the material posted already, and you’re still early enough to make your posts.  Simply scroll through LinkedIn and Twitter, read or save interesting articles or blog posts, comment on, share and like posts that you find interesting, send personal notes to contacts, begin posting content, and add to your network.  Make social selling a habit, but beware of allowing the habit to grow past 15 minutes per day.
