My name is Raheel Ghulam, and I work with Boultwood Associates in the UAE. My interest in becoming a Delay Expert has grown through learning how changes, unforeseen events, and project decisions can influence construction programmes. I enjoy looking at the sequence of events behind a delay and understanding how different pieces of project information fit together. Working with experienced professionals has helped me develop a more structured way of reviewing project records and timelines. I’m continuing to build my practical knowledge and analytical skills while gaining broader exposure to construction planning and dispute matters.
