Context: Most salespeople have key customers that can make or break their performance. Moving a key customer to a life-long, loyal client doesn’t happen just because of hard work or relationships (although both are important). Gaining life-long clients requires unique ideas that position salespeople as essential pieces of their clients’ organizations. There is no better idea to gain this status that the Vision Meeting.
