Context: Interpersonal skills have declined over the last several years, and will drastically get worse as our newest salespeople are from the first generation of humans that have learned to communicate more through technology than in person. As bad as this sounds, it’s a fantastic opportunity to differentiate yourself with some basic interpersonal skills.
